What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship domestic orders via Fedex and international orders via USPS. We offer the following Fedex options: Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Fedex 2-day, Fedex Express Saver, Groud Home Delivery, Fedex Ground, International Economy, International Priority.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We generally ship international orders via the US Post Office. We can also ship on the customer’s third party Fedex account.
Why is shipping expensive?
Shipping costs have skyrocketed in recent years due to fuel prices. One way to keep costs down is to try to ship to a business instead of a residence, all the carriers charge more for residential deliveries.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes. This site is secure. We use a 256-encryption to transmit your information to us.
Are the cookies fresh?
We bake and ship fresh cookies daily! We will never ship old or stale cookies, we are too busy and our cookies are too popular to have any old products around!

Why can’t I mix the snickerdoodle cookies in with the other flavors?
We don’t individually wrap the snickerdoodle (or the plain oatmeal raisin cookies) because they dry out faster than the other products. So we sell the snickerdoodles on a tray of one dozen and we shrink wrap the entire tray to keep them as fresh as possible.
Is there a gift message included?
Yes! Please just tell us what you want to say in the area provided for a message. We put a packing slip in each order—it says who ordered the product and includes any gift message.
